Vinnie
Vincent was named after my favorite work of art – Van Gogh’s Starry Night, and one of my favorite songs – Starry Starry Night by Don McLean. It quickly became apparent to us that he was a “Vinnie” – not a Vincent!!!
He was one of 4 in his litter to finish their championship – including Ch Sancha’s Somewhere Ovr a Rainbow “Judy” owned by Joan and David Martin, Ch Sancha’s Splash’n Stardust “Star” owned by Maria Milliken, and our own Ch Sancha’s Sorcerer’s Apprentice “Mickey”, the sire of our Spirit. At 8 weeks, we couldn’t decide which of the boys to keep – so kept them both to “grow them out” – well – they both stayed here! Vincent was a lovely patched biscuit boy…
We lost him at the grand old age of 14 years and almost 9 months, in December 2010.
